Lovely Arrangement & Great Customer Service

When I received this beautiful and well packed arrangement, the box had been crushed in shipment. While nothing was broken, one of the hydrangeas was damaged. I contacted customer service and asked if I could get a replacement flower stem. I was told that I would need to send the entire arrangement back as a stem could not be sent. After leaving a negative review another customer service representative contacted me to say they would be happy to replace the stem. I received it today and replaced it in my arrangement. Easy peasy and as absolutely perfect. I love Petals arrangements and their customer service is excellent too!
