Premium Ground Delivery Service via UPS, FED EX or Comparable. Orders containing oversize items will be shipped via commercial trucking. S & H charges include our premium packaging.

Truck Delivery - Oversized Items
Many of our artificial trees exceed the shipping size parameters for Fed EX ground and or UPS and therefore require delivery by a freight carrier. When ordering please be sure to let us know if your delivery address and neighboring streets cannot accommodate a larger truck. In most cases we can arrange to have the freight carrier call you a day or so in advance to schedule the delivery.
Freight deliveries are to the outside door of your delivery location. Inside delivery service is available for an additional charge - please call for details and pricing.

Delivery Outside the Contiguous U.S.
Shipments to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands may require additional shipping charges and certain items cannot be shipped to these locations. Please submit your order on-line and we will call or email you prior to shipment if additional charges or restrictions apply to your order. Due to air transportation restrictions, our Silk Flower & Plant Cleaner cannot ship outside the continental U.S.
Please note that size restrictions apply to APO/FPO addresses. Some of the larger florals and plants featured on our website, as well those items containing the truck delivery icon, cannot be shipped to these address types. Are your flowers really silk?
Although artificial flowers and plants are commonly referred to as “silk”, the materials used to design our lifelike silk flower arrangements and artificial plants vary by style and cover a wide range of materials such as various fabrics, synthetic and poly-resin materials.
How are your arrangements and plants packaged?
We pride ourselves on ensuring that your product will arrive in perfect condition ready for immediate enjoyment. We expertly package every item using our proprietary packaging methods to not only prevent damage but also so that you just open the box and place the item in the intended location.
How are your arrangements and plants shipped?
The majority of our items are shipped via premium shipping carriers such as FED EX and UPS. In the event you are ordering one of our larger over size trees your order may require delivery to your home or office via a freight carrier. When ordering one of these over size items, please be sure to let us know if your delivery address and neighbouring streets cannot accommodate a larger truck. In most cases we can arrange to have the freight carrier call you a day or so in advance to schedule the delivery.
What is the clear substance in the bottom of the vases?
Many of our silk floral designs are created using our special "crystal clear acrylic water" which creates the illusion of fresh cut stems in water.
Do I need to order a container for my plant or tree?
Unless otherwise indicated, all Petals floor plants and trees arrive potted in a non-decorative liner. Constructed of paper-mache, this liner is suitable for placement inside your own container. When you purchase a decorative container from Petals.com along with your silk plant or artificial tree, unless specifically stated otherwise, your item will arrive securely potted in the in the container of your choice and will be topped with our lush green moss.
How do I clean and maintain my Petals arrangements and plants?
Petals plants require very little maintenance. Feather dust periodically as part of normal home or office cleaning and apply Silkflower & Plant Cleaner to floral arrangements on a quarterly basis. We recommend that you retain the original shipping carton to store seasonal arrangements.
Can I send Petals products as gifts?
