Questions

FAQ

How big is the Paradise Palm?

In our 16 inch Tall Uptown container it stands 42 inches tall, container included, with a 26 inch leaf spread: a floor plant sized to sit beside a sofa, a chair or an entry console. It ships potted in a 5 inch high, 6 inch diameter liner, ready for the decorative container you choose.

Does it come with a container?

It arrives in a non-decorative liner, ready to set inside a container you already own. Choose one of ours and we foam-in-place pot the plant at no additional cost; the plant and the container ship in separate cartons. The photos show our 9 inch Satin White Tall Uptown.

How does it ship, and is there any setup?

It ships compact by ground service in a smaller carton, which keeps shipping costs and packaging down. It shapes easily following the simple instructions enclosed: spread and pose the leaves until it looks the way you want.

Can it go outdoors or in a sunny window?

Indoor use only. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat sources, which can fade the color over time. Anywhere else is fair game, including a dim corner or a room with no window at all, since it never needs light or water.

What if I don’t love it?

Seeing is Believing: return it within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. Large or multi-unit orders may carry a restocking fee, so call us at 1-800-783-9966 before sending back a quantity order.
