Questions

FAQ

How big is the Cymbidium Orchid and Monstera Leaf arrangement?

It stands 22 inches tall and 14 inches wide, in a glass ball vase 6.5 inches high and 8 inches across. The footprint stays compact for its height, so it suits a dining table, an entry table, a sideboard or a guest room dresser.

Which colors does it come in?

Two: Cream White, with white blooms marked in deep red, and Burgundy Orange, with rich red and orange blooms. Both share the same monstera leaves, leafy branches and glass ball vase, and both are the same price. Either way, it is a Petals Exclusive design.

Is the water in the vase real?

No. It is our crystal clear acrylic water, set permanently around the roots and stones for the look of fresh stems in water. Nothing spills, nothing needs topping up, and the arrangement stays carefree and always in bloom, with no water and no wilting.

What if I don’t love it?

Seeing is Believing: if it is not what you hoped for, return it within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. Large or multi-unit orders may carry a restocking fee, so call us at 1-800-783-9966 before sending back a quantity order.
