Questions

FAQ

How big is the Grand Phalaenopsis Orchid arrangement?

It measures 30 inches tall and 30 inches wide, set in a glass cylinder vase 12 inches high and 4 inches across. The slim vase keeps the footprint small while the orchid stems arch out wide, so give it a table with some room around it.

How many orchids are in it?

Ten of our phalaenopsis orchids, gathered in the vase so their arching stems open out wide. Choose Two Tone Fuchsia for color that carries across a room, or White for a quieter, classic look. Both are the same price and the same Petals Exclusive design.

Is the water in the vase real?

No. It is clear acrylic water, set permanently around the stems so the glass shows them from bud to stem. Nothing spills, nothing needs topping up, and nothing wilts. The arrangement arrives fully shaped and ready to display, designed and assembled in the USA.

What if I don’t love it?

Seeing is Believing: if it is not what you hoped for, return it within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. Large or multi-unit orders may carry a restocking fee, so call us at 1-800-783-9966 before sending back a quantity order.
