7' Fiddle Leaf Fig Silk Tree + Graphite Container

I ordered two 7' Fiddle Leaf Fig Silk Trees + two Graphite Containers. One tree was slightly bent at the "lower" connection points, but serviceable. The other tree was damaged to the point that the "branches" were bent and did not 'stand' vertically. The branches looked wrong and kind of off-kilter. If this had been a live tree, perhaps we could have made it work. However, this tree was one of two trees our law firm purchased to use in our main lobby, flanking the elevator, just behind the receptionist desk. So, it was a rather well-seen and busy area and would reflect (conciously or uncounciously) on our law firm.
I am waiting for the replacement, but thus far the service representaives have been helpful.
I will update this review once the refund / exchange process is complete. Shout out to Jane and Carolyn for their assitance to process the refund and replacement tree shipment.
(TLDR: One star removed for the damaged tree, but otherwise good service and products.)

Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree

Beautiful quality. Easy to assemble and the branches are pliable and can be moved to resemble a live tree. It is full and lush and really fills up the space in every way we were hoping for. Product was reasonable priced and I am sure will continue to look as beautiful years from now.

It takes a few minutes to open & adjust the leaves but so worth it. The color is very realistic, the silk leaf makes a difference, it feels real. I love the way you put the upper stems in place. You can change it from just standing straight to having a little angle. It absolutely worth every penny.
