The Story

The One You Unpack, Not the One You Replace

Petals layered by hand until the canopy closes over the pot the way a greenhouse plant does, in red or white.

The Premier Faux Poinsettia - Large arrives in its gold cover, fully shaped, Designed and Assembled in the USA. Out in December, back in its box in January, and next year it looks the same.

The Details

Where a Poinsettia Gives Itself Away

Macro close-up of the silk poinsettia petals showing velvet nap and veining

Velvet Petals

Every petal carries the matte nap and fine veining of a fresh one, set by hand so no two sit at the same angle.

The Centers

The true flowers of a poinsettia are the small golden buds at its center, not the showy petals around them. Ours are shaped and tinted cluster by cluster.

A Finished Base

The gold cover included with every plant wraps the pot. A decorative container, sold separately, takes over when you want something permanent.

Why It Outlasts a Live Plant

Do the Math on Twenty Decembers

A florist-delivered poinsettia of this size runs about $60 a season, and a garden-center one is cheaper still. Either way it lasts about six weeks. Buy this one once; keep it for decades.

Petals for Business

Dress Every Entrance Once, Then Every Year After

Hotels, restaurants, offices, senior living: wherever the season has to arrive on schedule, in multiples, without a watering contract. Order the Premier Large by the pair or by the property: out the day after Thanksgiving, packed away in January, back identical next year.

  • One look, every location. Red or white, matched exactly across every arrangement; permanent botanicals don't vary by greenhouse lot.
  • Arrives display-ready. Gold cover included: from the carton to the front desk in minutes, no florist install.
  • A seasonal line item that retires. Budget it once at $109; reviewers report theirs going strong twenty years on.

Ready to order? Add it to your cart above. One entrance or twenty ships the same way. Ordering for several locations, or not sure which size suits the space? We are glad to help: email service@petals.com or call 1-800-783-9966.

Questions

FAQ

How big is the Premier Faux Poinsettia - Large?

It is 23 inches tall and 22 inches wide, full enough to read as a plant on a hearth or a reception desk. The Extra Large is the same design at 34 by 26 inches for $179. Both are Designed and Assembled in the USA.

What does it arrive in, and do I need to buy a container?

Nothing else to buy. It ships with the gold cover included, free with every plant, fully shaped and ready to display. A decorative container is sold separately if you would rather set it in something permanent.

Which should I pick, the red or white poinsettia?

Same plant, same size, same price, so the room decides. Red holds its own against wood, brick and lamplight, and suits a hearth or mantel. White is the quieter choice beside silver and glass.

How do I look after it, and how does it store?

Feather dust it as you dust the room, with Silk Flower & Plant Cleaner about once a quarter. This holiday poinsettia is indoor only, out of direct sun and heat. The carton is made to be kept: box it in January, and a gentle reshape of the petals next December is all it needs.
