    I was not all that sanguine about sending this for my sister-in-law's birthday. Actually, the glass was broken, and without hesitation, the entire arrangement was replaced. My brother and his wife love it. Whew!

    I've wanted this arrangement for quite awhile, and finally decided to buy it. Sadly, the reality didn't match the picture. The flowers and the large leaf are pretty good, but the "delicate leafy branches" do not look real at all. As soon as I am contacted by customer service with instructions, I will be returning it.

    I received this orchid broken into a thousand pieces. Customer service was very efficient in my return and getting a new one to me quickly. It is beautiful in my entrance hallway and I'm extremely happy with it and the high level of customer service.

    The floral arrangement is so elegant and realistic. We are so impressed with the quality and the fact that the glass vase is heavy and real glass, unlike other companies that claim to be glass but turn out to be plastic.

    It is a beautiful plant but 1 the large leaves was torn in half, the other large leaf had a small.tear. I worked really hard and I think I got it glued where it will hold. Getting to a post office is far away for me and returning would have been difficult or I would have returned.
