    Our initial response…”Oh, it looks so shiny…”. And not in a good way. Shiny silver, where we thought it would have been white in color. It’s quite nice from a distance, but surely not the best thing we’ve ordered from Petals.

    The plant did not look like the picture and looked extremely artificial. I returned it. However, the customer service rep was very helpful, had a return label sent to me and the return was processed quickly.

    I received my plant in excellent condition. It needed very little fluffing as the shipping method ensures it doesn’t get bent out of shape. It is very full and lovely. I sometimes walk by thinking “ I can’t forget to water this one”…. I hope I never actually forget and water it!

    I am using this in a corner of a basement where I tried to keep a live plant. Before I purchased this plant, I looked at several online and in - store faux plants and they looked awful. This plant looks realistic and I am pleased.
