No lower leaves?

I want to love this tree. But mine didnt come with any of the lower leaves that are shown in the picture. So that is disappointing. Also, the leaves are very hard to shape and I am being super careful. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, the lower leaves would have been nice.

Love this product.

It's in a corner backed up to a screen, backlit with a light. The look is just what I had in mind when I ordered it.

Very happy!

I had an open corner and needed something tall and wide to fill the space. It looks great but I had some trouble inserting the 6 branches/fronds into the stem openings. Some just won't go all the way down. It's not too big of a deal though and I don't think anyone will notice. The tree looks really pretty authentic and I'm very happy with it!
