    Nice but disappointed

    I received this arrangement and was disappointed as it isn’t as full as the picture and several pieces were broken off. I will keep it but definitely didn’t feel it was worth the price. Also more greenery than expected.

    I’d ordered this arrangement in the darker colors but received this one instead. Contacted Customer Service and received a return label and within a week I’d received the red/purple one. Both are lovely but I’m partial to the darker colors. Outstanding customer support.
